We are a 200 seater connected to a well configured system and high quality headset. We use Encrypted servers and Predictive dialers with state of art architecture. All our SME’s are quipped with Call – barging facility to assure quality from time to time. We can handle Hot and Cold Escalations. Video conferencing facilities are available for training and updates.
